Hello, my name is Simran. I’m currently a freshman in college at Northeastern University pursuing a Computer Science degree with an Artificial Intelligence concentration, but i’m originally from Princeton, NJ. I love soccer, chess, and watching TV, but most of all I would describe myself as a fun-loving teenager with a passion for numbers and data. Math has always been my forte, standing out amidst the sea of subjects. While others may find it daunting, I see it as a puzzle waiting to be solved. This fondness for numbers naturally led me to explore its practical applications and the realm of Data Science. I discovered the art of analyzing and interpreting data, and I was fascinated by its uses across various disciplines, from marketing to healthcare. Combining this with my desire to inspire young minds and instill the same enthusiasm for math that I have, I started Prime Time- a non-profit organization registered in the state of NJ. Prime Time is dedicated to motivating kids and making numbers fun for elementary school children. At school, math can be a very boring and dreaded subject, especially for students who may not be the best at it. However, through my interactive teaching style, coupled with engaging projects, games, stories, and videos, hopefully I can change your child’s mind about this mesmerizing world!

I also maintain a blog focused on topics in Technology and Data Science that collects my thoughts and summarizes my reading over time. Please visit my blog at
